  • 1,6 kg water


  1. Pour the contents of the sachet into a salad bowl.
  2. Add the water (1.6 kg) then blend for at least 2 minutes using a hand blender.
  3. In a hot non-stick frying pan, add a ladle full. As soon as your pancake is covered with holes and the top is cooked: it’s ready, there’s no need to turn it over.


Wait for the pancakes to cool before layering them

If you don’t cook your thousand-hole pancakes immediately, mix the mixture again before cooking
